about us
We are Niamh and Andrew, and in early 2022 we decided we wanted to turn our love for fresh, authentic wood fired pizza into a mobile business!
After spending months saving, we decided to take the plunge and pay for the conversion of our old ice cream van into a fully functional wood fired pizza van!
We have since been spending all our time perfecting everything pizza related, from securing the most authentic ingredients, making the best dough, and creating a menu which we believe has something for everyone!
